Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 9669 Condition: 5
Deck: 9 Category: 10A Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 06/01/18

Notes: On all our previous sailings we had a mid-ship verandah so we were a bit apprehensive about doing an inside cabin at the aft of the ship. Having now completed our voyage, I would give the room a 9 out of 10. There was a bit of noise as others had mentioned, and while this does have the split bathrooms, the space on the sides of the bed (18") was a bit cramped (but workable). The privacy curtains makes getting to the right side of the bed a little tricky but it was just short of annoying to me. The foyer of the room was 30" wide which seemed to be a little smaller than I remember in the verandah rooms. It was a bit of a challenge, putting the room service tray back out in the hall. The Magic Porthole helped to eliminate any claustrophobia. Being at the back of the ship, we thought we might feel the ship movement but that was not the case. The room actually worked out for the 2 of us. I could see up to 4 in the room but storage would be a little sparse with that many. The room is super convenient to the elevator to Cabanas, and Animators Palate, although if you take this elevator when you have the Royal Palace rotation, you will have to go thru the line waiting to get into Animators. In conclusion, is this a perfect room....No. Did we have an absolutely terrific time on this cruise..Yes, Yes Yes.

Ship: Disney Fantasy Stateroom: 9669 Condition: 3
Deck: 9 Category: 10A Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 12/23/17

Notes: WiFi doesn’t work in this room, not even the DCL app for online Navigators or chat. Otherwise the room is fine-convenient to deck 11 and cabanas.

Ship: Disney Fantasy Stateroom: 9669 Condition: 5
Deck: 9 Category: 10A Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 12/19/15

Notes: Great room with short private hallway for 9669 and 9667 only. Normal engine noise, but lots of extra noise from a storage type area right behind the room, just aft(further back of 9669) that does not show up on the maps.

Ship: Disney Fantasy Stateroom: 9669 Condition: 3
Deck: 9 Category: 10A Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 04/28/12

Notes: This stateroom is NOT as big as it says!!! There is one LESS closet because of plumbing (?) in the wall and there is one LESS surface and three FEWER drawers than in other staterooms claiming to be the same size. There is a chute of some sort (used by Stateroom Hosts) very nearby that causes a surprising noise every so often. Other than that, location is fine but the "aft stairs" on the new ships are not all the way aft. NOTE: stateroom doors SLAM closed on the new ships (!?)

Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 9669 Condition: 5
Deck: 9 Category: 10A Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 10/02/11

Notes: This was a good size room for a family of 4, even when all of our nephews and kids were in the room with us before dinner we still had alot of room. we did hear the roar of the engines a bit when the ship was travelling at full speed but once you fell asleep you didnt hear it. The view from the vrtual porthole is the port side of the ship...we were looking at Nassau when we were docked. The only thing we did not like is there are not enough drawers in the room for all of our clothes. We also loved the 2 bathrooms, they helped alot.

Ship: Disney Dream Stateroom: 9669 Condition: 5
Deck: 9 Category: 10A Location: Aft
  Sail Date: 01/29/11

Notes: Great inside room. We had connecting 9669 and 9667. They were the only 2 rooms in that hallway and didnt seem to touch any other cabins. We didnt hear anyone through the walls or in the "private" hallway. I did hear the engine more than I have on previous cruises but it was a steady enough hum that it actually put us to sleep. There definitely was not enough drawer space in the 2 cabins for a family of 5 but I guess you cant have everything!
