Greece - Dolmas Recipe

• 4 ea. dolmas
  
• 4 tblsp. Feta cheese, diced
  
• 4 tblsp. Fresh tomato, diced, peeled, and seeded
  
• ¼ cup olive oil
  
• 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
  
• 2 tblsp. Oregano, chopped
  
• salt & pepper

Method of Preparation:

Mix tomato, feta, olive oil, and vinegar and chopper oregano. Season to taste. To serve, pour 1 tablespoon of mix over dolmas. Serve chilled.

Serves 4-6
