China Pavilion
The China Pavilion at EPCOT is located in World Showcase between the Norway and Germany pavilions. This detailed pavilion celebrates Chinese architecture, gardens, dining, shopping, film, art, and cultural traditions. Guests enter through a ceremonial gate and continue toward the Temple of Heaven-inspired centerpiece, which houses the pavilion’s Circle-Vision 360 film, Reflections of China.
You enter the China Pavilion through a distinct triple-arched ceremonial gate. The pavilion’s main building is patterned after the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests at the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, one of the most recognizable architectural landmarks in China. The colorful roofs, carved details, ornate ceiling, gardens, ponds, and walkways make this one of the most visually detailed areas in World Showcase.
The China Pavilion deserves a close look. The carvings, painted details, gardens, footbridges, bamboo groves, waterfall, and ponds offer a peaceful break from the main World Showcase walkway. While the left side of the pavilion includes more shopping and dining, the right side is especially scenic, with garden paths and quiet photo spots.

Reflections of China
Reflections of China is a Circle-Vision 360 film shown inside the Temple of Heaven theater in the China Pavilion. The film takes guests through ancient and modern China with sweeping views of landscapes, landmarks, cities, mountains, rivers, and cultural scenes. Disney lists the attraction as a 12-minute Circle-Vision 360 film for all ages.
The film includes scenes inspired by locations such as the Great Wall, Beijing, Shanghai, the Huangshan mountains, the Yangtze River, and other natural and cultural landmarks. Because it is shown in a 360-degree theater, guests stand in the center of the room and are surrounded by the film on multiple screens.
There is no seating in this theater, only rails for guests to lean against while experiencing the Circle-Vision effect. It is not a thrill attraction, but it is a good option for guests looking for an indoor, air-conditioned break while exploring World Showcase.
Entertainment in the China Pavilion can change throughout the year, but the pavilion has often featured Chinese acrobats, musicians, or cultural performers. Performance offerings and times vary, so guests should check the My Disney Experience app or the daily EPCOT entertainment schedule.
The pavilion’s open courtyard and gardens also make it a good place to pause between World Showcase stops, take photos, and enjoy the architecture and atmosphere even when a live performance is not taking place.
China Shopping
House of Good Fortune is one of the largest shopping destinations in World Showcase. This large shop features a wide variety of Chinese-inspired merchandise, including silk clothing, lacquer and mother-of-pearl items, furniture, Yixing teapots, jade carvings, stuffed pandas, incense, candles, paper fans, lanterns, ceramics, jewelry, and home décor.
Beijing cloisonné ware is one of the specialty items found here, along with Chinese lanterns, Oriental carpets, Jingdezhen chinaware, coral, jade, crystal pieces, and other gifts. The store also offers books, toys, calligraphy items, language books, meditation items, and cultural souvenirs. Guests will also find a Kidcot Fun Stop in the pavilion.
The China Pavilion offers table-service dining, quick-service meals, and outdoor drinks and snacks. Guests looking for Chinese food in EPCOT can choose from Nine Dragons Restaurant, Lotus Blossom Café, and the Joy of Tea kiosk.
Nine Dragons Restaurant is the table-service restaurant in the China Pavilion. The restaurant serves Chinese-inspired cuisine in a dining room with large windows, colorful décor, and views of the pavilion. Menu items can include noodles, rice dishes, dumplings, seafood, chicken, beef, vegetables, and desserts.
Lotus Blossom Café is the pavilion’s quick-service restaurant. Disney lists menu items such as orange chicken and chicken fried rice, making it a convenient choice for guests looking for a faster meal while touring World Showcase.
Joy of Tea is an outdoor kiosk that serves drinks and snacks. It is a popular stop for tea, specialty beverages, cocktails, and quick bites near the World Showcase promenade.
