Cucumber Salad Dressing

• 1 cup water
  
• 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  
• 2 tablespoons sugar
  
• ¼ teaspoons salt
  
• ¼ teaspoons black pepper
  
• 2 ea. cucumber

Method of Preparation:

Wash and thinly slice cucumbers. Let cucumber slices soak for 10-15 minutes in the dressing before serving.

Serves 4-6
